Return / exchange Policy
1. Eligibility for Return / exchanges
- Returns / exchange are accepted within 7 days from the Delivery date.
- Items being returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- In case of return, we shall issue a store credit voucher, which is valid for lifetime.
- We do not offer any refunds.
2. Return / exchange Process
- Step 1: Contact our customer support team at support@sunnexjeans.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Step 2: Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
- Step 3: Our team will guide you through the return / exchange process and provide you with a return address.
- Step 4: Pack the item securely and send it to the provided address.
- Step 5: Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will issue a store credit for the purchase amount in case of a return request or in case of an exchange for the product , we shall ship the new product within 3 days of the receipt of the product.
3. Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending the item back to us for returns or exchange requests .
- Incase of exchange request , the exchanged product shipping costs from the company warehouse to the customer address will be handled by us.
