Shipping and Payments

Purchases and Cancellation Policy: 

  • All prepaid purchases are final and cannot be cancelled. 
  • Please note that patterns or colours may vary from the images displayed on the website. 
  • Once a purchase is completed, changes or deletions of items are not permitted. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return. 
  • If a prepaid order is refused at delivery or if the customer is unavailable to receive it, the parcel will be returned to us. All orders are strictly prepaid.

Order Processing:

  • Orders are generally processed and shipped within Minimum 3 business days and  from the date of placement.
  • Please be aware that processing times may extend during peak periods or sales. Orders will not be processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery Address:

  • Please ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address information. 
  • Once an order is placed, changes to the delivery address cannot be accommodated. Address modifications cannot be made once the order is in transit.

Lost or Delayed Shipments:

  • Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or political issues in the delivery zone.
